At Sincerely by God, we want you to feel confident in every piece you order. If something doesn’t work out, our return policy is designed to keep the process clear and supportive.



Terms and Guidelines

  • Store credit will be issued for products returned in new condition.

  • All purchases are eligible for store credit only.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery using our self-serve return portal at the link → Start a Return 



Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • When reporting, please include:

    • Photos of the damaged item (clearly showing the issue).

  • Once approved, we’ll gladly replace the item with the same style, size, and color from your original order.

  • Reports made after 5 days, or without required photos, may not be eligible for replacement.



Returns Terms and Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or excess wear.

  • Please ensure all returns are well packaged so they aren’t damaged in transit.

  • Please use the return label provided through our portal. We cannot guarantee proper handling if another method is used.

  • Return labels must be used within 7 days of creation.

  • Store credit will be issued within 1 week of your return being received and approved by our team. If there’s an issue with your return upon arrival, we’ll contact you at hello@sincerelybygod.com

Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned.



International Returns

  • We do accept returns for international orders.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds/credits apply only to the product price.

  • Because international shipping can be costly, we strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
